Following the traditions of the past few years, we went on to celebrate this year’s Rakhi. In spite of the lingering threats of the Corona virus, this act of respect couldn’t be avoided except for the mandatory changes that were made to accommodate the Covid protocols.

Every year we celebrate their tireless service to the community of the on duty officers of Kolkata police who are stationed at Kolkata Maidan. We reached Rishra Police Station last year and did the same for the State Police Department.
This year was a bit different as we went to Uttarpara Police Station to show our appreciation and respects. The Officers there accepted us graciously.

Rakte Amar MohunBagan – RAMB tied rakhis and presented sweetmeats.

In complaince of the Covid protocols, only 15 – 20 of us were present while we strictly followed each Covid protocol.

Stay safe, stay healthy hoping to be reunited at the stands as early as time allows.
