BEJI, fondly known among football family in Kolkata, was a die-heart East Bengal fan for his life time. Sadly he passed away in his young. He was the only earning member in his family. After his demise we came to know that his family was in a big trouble in financial point of view. “Rokte Amar Mohun Bagan – RAMB” decided to back them financially. and we provided them some food stuffs and daily stuffs with a little financial help as well.
In Favor of Pratanu Pakhira
Pratanu Pakhira, an unknown Mariner was suddenly become a household name in each and every Mohun Bagan Family, and off course, all the Football Lovers across the country.
He was traveling to Kalyani Stadium by local train to witness the Mohun Bagan match. But, due to a sudden mistake, he met with an accident was admitted to the hospital before the game.
We, as Mariners and a part of large Mohunbagan family, arrange funds of Rs. 13000/- within our RAMB family members, and handed over to the family of Pratanu. The Mariner Boy has been recovered fast and gradually moving towards the normal lifestyle.
Helped a Small Seller
Since the day one we are clear about the matter that beside supporting our beloved club, we have to do our part towards the society.
Rahul Da – the popular snacks seller in Mohun Bagan tent had been facing some serious economic issues on admitting his children in school. As soon as we came to know this, we started to raise fund from the members of RAMB to sort out the problem.
We have promised him about taking some responsibility of his children’s study and we provide everything that his children need for studying in regular manner.
